Walkthrough[]

After getting the quest, rift to Morheim via the rift at the back of Eltnen Fortress. Go to the Patamor Ridge Path and kill Shade Arachna to get the 3 Poison Glands. Return to Eltnen and talk to Celestine to collect the reward.

"I have some unfortunate news, [Player Name].

The counter-toxin I prepared had no effect. I fear it may actually have made things worse.

He has almost passed. There is but one final chance to save him."

"What is it?"

"I must ask you to do something most drastic, to undertake a mission most dire.

To save this man's life, I must ask you to place yourself in grave peril.

Think carefully about what I ask of you next."

"Yes? What is it?"

"You will need to find the poison gland from a Shade Arachna. And they may only be found...in Asmodae.

In the dark land of Morheim, there is a place called the Patamor Ridge Path. There you will find the Arachnas.

Not many would risk their lives traveling through enemy territory, on behalf of a stranger they have never met. Should you choose not to help, I would think no worse of you."

"To travel to Morheim, you must pass through the Rift near the rear of Eltnen Fortress.

If that route is not open, then.... No--I cannot dwell upon it. I can but hope for the best.
