Handicrafting Master teaches basic handicrafting to characters who wish to learn that crafting skill and also offers upgraded skill training as your level increases. As with other crafting and gathering skills, it will cost kinah to learn handicrafting and to increase levels. Talk to <Utsida> in Sanctum or <Lanse> in Pandaemonium.
