Name Change is done through the purchase of a <Name Change Ticket> which can only be purchased for real money from the AION Online Store. It will allow you to change one character's name once. Once purchased, the service can be assigned to the character of your choice. The ticket will appear in your inventory. Double-click to activate it and follow the prompts.
