The Outer Dock is the quarter of Sanctum reserved for mortal (mainly Human and Shugo) residence. Many taverns such as Dionysia Tavern and docks can be found there, although it is considered by some to be a 'rough area' of Sanctum.

To reach the outer dock, one must take the airship shuttle service from the Airship Dock in the centre of the capital.
