After getting the quest, head out of the village and kill the required number of each mob. Return to Sleipnir for the reward.

'Have you seen the Porguses wandering about the village?

They used to be village livestock, but now they're undead. Undead porguses. It's almost laughable.

But the problem is...some people are still treating them like pets or livestock, instead of the monsters they are."

"Sounds like a bad idea."

"It is. I've seen villagers actually trying to feed them. What if one of them got bitten? We'd have even more undead to plague us.

I think it might be best for all concerned if we eliminate them.
